I accept invitations to shoot throughout the United States of America and other countries. If you are not local, but would like to work together, please contact me.
All photo shoots must be scheduled at least 9 days in advance. By paying your deposit to book a shoot with Ronald Riqueros you are agreeing to these terms of service.
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the photo shoot package is required to book a photo shoot.
Why a deposit? Whenever a booking is made, the time scheduled becomes committed to the person making the appointment. That block of time becomes off limits to anyone else seeking to make an appointment at that time. It means that if you cancel, not only will I not receive full payment for the time I've committed to working with you, it also means that there is almost no possibility of me being able to make up for my loss by "selling" that block of time to someone else.
A non-refundable deposit deters people from casually cancelling the time they have committed to. Cancellations and "no shows" are very hurtful in that they directly result in a loss of time and money.
Full payment of your photo shoot must be made at least 2 days before the shoot.
Why is the full payment necessary before the photo shoot? The main reason for this is to avoid Same-Day Cancellations and No Shows. As I explained before, when a space is booked for a particular client we commit to that client with our time. Paying the balance in full prior the photo shoot will deter casual and unnecessary Same Day Cancellations and No Shows.
Rescheduling can be done without penalty up to 7 days before your photo shoot is scheduled. If you give us at least 72 hours notice, I charge a small fee of $25 to reschedule. If you provide us with less than 72 hours notice, you will be charged a $75 rescheduling fee.
Why a rescheduling fee? In the same way that cancellations directly result in a loss of time and money, the act of clients casually rescheduling their appointments is also detrimental. The rescheduling fee exists to deter casual and unnecessary rescheduling.
Cancellations prior to the day of your shoot will result in the loss of your deposit. However, the remaining balance will be refunded.
No refunds or reschedules will be granted.
A Contract and a Model Release Form might be needed for certain photo shoots.
To schedule an appointment, all shoots require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling and the payment of the remaining balance at least 2 days before the shoot. No payment plans are available at this time. Receipts are available for every transaction.

1Personal checks must clear at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled shoot - so please plan accordingly.
Where applicable, after the photo shoot is done you will receive a Proofs CD with thumbnails (up to 800 x 600 jpeg format) of all the pictures. Printing and retouching will begin once you have selected the pictures from the Proof CD. After selection, please allow 10-15 business days to receieve a CD of the final digital copies and a USPS package of the prints.
Ronald Riqueros reserves the rights to use any pictures for his portfolio.
I stand behind the high-quality services I offer to you because your complete satisfaction in the services I provide is my number one priority. If you're not 100% satisfied with your photos and the issue is something that I had control over, you may request a re-shoot at no additional charge and with no hassle. Please note, I do not provide refunds. However, I will be glad to provide you with a re-shoot.
If you are unsatisfied with your photos, for a reason I had control over, and you wish to schedule a re-shoot, you must express this to me directly and clearly by phone or in person at the time you receive the Final Product. Because email can be lost or misinterpreted, I do not accept email as a valid way to request a re-shoot.
All re-shoots must be scheduled within 3 days of having received the Final Product. Re-shoots will be provided up to the same number of hours of the original shoot, but no more than 4.
Re-shoots are subject to scheduling availability and cannot be scheduled any quicker than availability allows. In the event that photos are of a time-sensitive nature, I am available by appointment 24/7 for on location shoots to accommodate even the most difficult schedules.
In the case of one-time events & occasions, where re-shoots are not possible, clients will receive credit for additional services of equal or lesser value upon request.
The satisfaction guarantee applies to paying clients only.
The satisfaction guarantee applies to services offered by me and my team only. It does not apply to work provided by make-up artists, stylists, or designers not included in my company.
Although I will do my best to counteract any of the affects of the following, other than in the retouched pictures, I am not responsible for: breakouts, stretch marks, bad skin, allergies, irritated eyes, illnesses, fatigue, hangovers, inclement weather, lint, sweat, static electricity, the effects of (or withdrawal from) drugs or medication, or matters beyond my control.
